JMule - is a Java based client for eDonkey2000 networks. Using JMule, you will be able to share your files with anybody in the world. This client is completely free and the source code is distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License. The name JMule means: "J" comes from Java and "Mule" is an animal like a horse or a donkey.
The list of features


  • allows to share files with anybody in the world
  • is completely free. JMule is also completely free of any malware
  • each file is checked for corruptions while downloading to ensure an error free file
  • to find the file you want, JMule provide an advanced search service

wow, das teil sieht ja noch beschissener aus als aMule... sollte man da respekt zollen oder angst bekommen?

Ich wüsste nicht mal wie so ein Client gestartet werden soll. Daher habe ich auch keine anderen Screenshots bis auf die, die auf der Homepage zu finden sind :pardon:

Na ja, man lade sich das .zip Archiv runter, entpacke dieses und doppelklicke die .exe Datei.:p
Aber das kann man sich z.Z. auch getrost sparen. Unnütz und grottig dieser Client. Smile

Beim GUI von Java-Anwendungen kann man eben nicht so feine Modifikationen vornehmen wie etwa in VC++; wenn man auf eins von zwei Frameworks angewiesen ist, ist da schnell Schicht im Schacht.
(Was erklärt, wieso Java-Anwendungen immer wie Java-Anwendungen und somit "uah" aussehen.)

the test go on ...... :D ( freeze and crash allowing )

for now the only bad things are :

you cannot choose the temp and incoming folders (you can use only those by default ) .
no files preview .
a bit hard to set the connection parameters ( you can choose between KBit/s and KByte/s ).
no messages/IRC/friends.
no exportable stats.

mmmm for now too rough ....but there are some good ideas.

we'll see :cool:
