Issue seems controversial and until resolved (since I can't reply here from work, although reachable by email or MSN) I'm splitting to official :

If on official outcome is that issue should be discarded - I don't mind thread deleted.

Code at 1'st post fixed - so that if both are detected both are kicked.

WiZ for the help with the crashes (on official) 1'st post updated with fixed code - however so far outcome is the same (either "official" code removes both, or CA collected data and it seems that both are thieves (nick or mod) and are kicked current and the new).

Potentially there might be a gain (not kicking both on certain scenarios) - however didn't happen at tests yet.

I'll update if there I'll encounter desired scenario ...
